RECURRING DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Recurring Donation is contracted with SupporterHub (and the banking partner Fat Zebra Pty Ltd ACN 154 014 785, APCA User ID Number 50257) and will collect the Instalments due. Outlined are your obligations when undertaking a Recurring Donation arrangement and what our obligations are to you as your Recurring Donation provider.
Debiting your account
- By accepting the terms and conditions, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account.
- We will only arrange for funds to be debited from your account as authorised in the Recurring Donation Request.
- If the debit day falls on a day that is not a banking day, we may direct your financial institution to debit your account on the following banking day. If you are unsure about which day your account has or will be debited you should ask your financial institution.
Amendments by us
We may vary any details of this agreement or a Recurring Donation Request at any time by giving you at least fourteen (14) days written notice.
Your obligations
- It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a Recurring Donation payment to be made in accordance with the Recurring Donation Request.
- If there are insufficient clear funds in your account to meet a debit payment:
- you may be charged a fee and/or interest by your financial institution;
- you may also incur fees or charges imposed or incurred by us; and
- you must arrange for the debit payment to be made by another method or arrange for sufficient clear funds to be in your account by an agreed time so that we can process the debit payment.
- You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct
Dispute
- If you believe that there has been an error in debiting your account, you should notify us directly or as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly. Alternatively you can take it up directly with your financial institution.
- If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by arranging for your financial institution to adjust your account (including interest and charges) accordingly. We will also notify you in writing of the amount by which your account has been adjusted.
- If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has not been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by providing you with reasons and any evidence for this finding in writing.
Accounts
You should check:
- Your account details which you have provided to us are correct by checking them against a recent account statement; and
- With your financial institution before completing the Recurring Donation Request if you have any queries about how to complete the Recurring Donation Request.
Confidentiality
- We will keep all information (including your account details) in your Recurring Donation confidential. We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.
- We will only disclose information that we have about you:
- to the extent specifically required by law; or
- for the purposes of this agreement, including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim.

Events and Tickets
The following terms and conditions apply to tickets purchased for Compelled By Love (CBL) events. Tickets entitle the holder to attend the event at the date, time and location stated on the front of the ticket and/or selected at the time of purchase through official sales channels. By purchasing a ticket the buyer and/or the holder agrees to the following:
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details are correct at the time of purchase, especially the event name, date, time and location. The ticket may not be exchanged, refunded or returned except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- CBL reserves the right to vary advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists and content as necessary.
- The right of admission is reserved including where entry is delayed for late arrivals, refused or where a customer is asked to leave the premises.
- The recording of an event using any device is prohibited unless otherwise advised.
CBL reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
Ticket prices are correct at the time of quotation or publication but are subject to change at the discretion of management.
Merchandise
From time to time, CBL may have products available for sale. If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to exchange it for a new or alternate one or refund your purchase price. Please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Credit Card Details
CBL do not collect credit card details of our donors. Credit card donations are received through a third-party fundraising platform, SupporterHub, and, who possess their own security certification and verification. CBL comply with legislation relating to credit card details and under no circumstances is donor credit card information held or stored within CBL.
Disclosure of Personal Information
In general, CBL do not disclose personal details to anyone else – in particular, we do not rent, exchange or sell mailing lists of our supporters to other organisations. There are occasions, however, when personal details will be disclosed to others – these include external service providers such as IT services and government authorities, financial institutions, accountants and accounting software, and our overseas partner offices.
Correction and Removal of Personal Information

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management.
Please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidentally or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us.
We will review the request and respond. We will refund if there was a system error with the donation processing.
If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded and destroyed.
